Counter Flashing Fix

A lot of chimney leaks happen because the metal flashing pulls away from the brick. We don't just slather roofing tar all over it and call it a day. We actually cut into the brick mortar, tuck new metal counter flashing in there, and seal it up right. It takes a bit more work, but it actually lasts.
